We arrange Visas for India approximately 2 week from the day we receive the correct documents.

• 6 Months Tourist Visa £55 per passport
• 1 Year Business Visa upon aplication
• 5 Year Long Term Visa £155 per passport
• Any other type of visa can also be arranged

What we require for the visa process:

- Valid passport
- 2 Passport size Photos
- Application form (Completed & Signed)
- 2 Company letters from UK and India (For Business Visa purposes only)
- Return envelope
- A cheque payable to ‘Stratford Travel (Midlands) (Preferred method) 
- NON British Passport holders: Proof of address (1 year old if possible) 

 
For an Efficient Application process and speedy return of passports (Optional): 

-Please send a copy of the application form OR a cover note with contact numbers and address 
-Please staple the two photos in the photo box section of the form 
-Send Special Delivery Bag for return of passport/s 
-Please put all names on the back of Postal Orders 
-Please do not send Passport wallets/holders/covers 
-For supporting documents, please only send copies
